Terms of service

By placing an order with NARA Studio you agree to these terms. The contract is formed when payment is confirmed. Product descriptions, materials and sizes are those stated on each product page — we do not add specifications we cannot stand behind.

Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order if payment fails or if we cannot fulfil it; in that case we refund in full.

Portuguese law applies. EU consumer rights, including the 14-day withdrawal period, are not affected.
