Refund policy

You have 14 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original condition, as required by EU consumer law. Write to us through the Contact page to start a return.

Return postage is paid by the customer unless the piece arrived damaged or does not match the description. If something arrives damaged, send photographs of the packaging and the object. We will replace it.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive the returned piece.
