Changing your mind

You can notify us that you wish to withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after receiving the item. Use our Contact page, clearly stating that you wish to withdraw and identifying your order. Giving notice within the deadline does not require prior approval.

You then have 14 days from giving notice to send the item back. Contact us for return instructions and the return address. You pay the direct return shipping costs unless we agree to cover them.

Inspecting the item

You may open the packaging and carefully inspect the item to establish its characteristics and function, as you would in a shop. You may only be responsible for loss of value caused by handling beyond that inspection. Package the item securely for transport.

Refunds

When withdrawing from the entire order, we refund the amount paid, including standard delivery. Any supplement for a more expensive delivery method you selected is not refundable.

We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method without fees. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or evidence that you sent it back, whichever happens first.

Damaged or faulty items

Your rights for non-conforming goods are separate from withdrawal. In Portugal, new movable goods have a three-year legal guarantee from delivery. Free repair or replacement, and price reduction or termination where legally applicable, are available under the law. We bear the necessary costs of restoring conformity.

Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs can help our assessment but are not an automatic condition for exercising your rights. Any mandatory rights applicable in the consumer's country remain unaffected.
