Shipping policy

We ship to Portugal and the rest of the European Union. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Most parcels leave within a few days of payment and arrive in 7–14 business days, depending on destination. We do not currently ship outside the EU.

If a parcel is delayed or arrives damaged, write to us through the Contact page with the order number and photographs where useful.
